Project, product and operations

Remote project and operations jobs with U.S. companies

Companies in the United States hire project managers, coordinators, product managers and operations managers in Latin America to keep their work organized and moving.

What the work looks like

A project coordinator keeps the details under control: schedules, task lists, notes and follow-ups. A project manager owns the outcome, including scope, timing, risks and what the client or leadership hears each week.

Product managers decide what a team should build and why, working with engineers, designers and customers. Operations managers look at how the whole business runs, then document and improve the processes that get stuck.

These jobs are mostly communication, so strong English and clear writing are essential. It helps to show a project or a process you improved, and what changed because of it.

Questions about these jobs

Do I need a PMP certification to apply as a project manager?

No, it isn't required to apply. It is useful, and some companies ask for it, so include it if you have it. Experience leading real projects is what we look at first.

I am a project coordinator. Should I also apply for project manager roles?

Choose the roles that match what you have actually led. You can select more than one in your application, and a recruiter can help you see where your experience fits best.

Which project tools should I know?

Asana, Jira, Monday, Smartsheet and Trello come up often, along with Excel or Google Sheets. Product roles also use Figma and product analytics tools. Knowing one well makes it easy to learn another.
