What a nearshore Recruiter does for you

An in-house recruiter owns the hiring process from intake to offer. They work with hiring managers to define the role, write and post job ads, source passive candidates on LinkedIn and job boards, run phone screens, keep the applicant tracking system current and guide finalists through interviews and offers.

Growing startups, staffing and recruiting agencies, healthcare organizations, logistics companies and any business hiring steadily throughout the year bring recruiters in-house. It's often the move companies make when agency fees add up or when hiring managers are spending too much time sifting through resumes.

Recruiting depends on reaching people when they can talk. U.S. candidates take screening calls at lunch or after work, hiring managers want same-day feedback loops, and good candidates accept other offers while you wait. A nearshore recruiter works your hours, can call candidates across U.S. time zones and keeps the process moving between interviews.

Tell us which roles they'll hire for and where those candidates are. A technical recruiter needs to understand engineering stacks; a high-volume recruiter for hourly roles needs speed and organization; an agency recruiter needs business development instincts. We'll screen for the kind you need.

Hiring a remote Recruiter: questions

Can a recruiter in Latin America hire for U.S.-based roles?

Yes. Sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews all happen online. We screen for recruiters who understand U.S. job titles, pay conventions and candidate expectations, and who speak confidently with U.S. candidates.

What's the difference between a recruiter and a recruiting coordinator?

A recruiter owns finding and closing candidates. A recruiting coordinator supports the process by scheduling interviews, managing logistics and keeping candidates informed.

Can they do technical recruiting?

Yes, if you ask for it. We'll screen for recruiters who have hired engineers and can talk credibly about tech stacks with candidates and hiring managers.

Do they work in our applicant tracking system?

Yes. Your recruiter works in your ATS, job board accounts and LinkedIn seat, so all candidate data stays in your systems.

Is an in-house recruiter better than using an agency?

If you hire regularly, a dedicated recruiter builds deep knowledge of your company and roles. Agencies can still help for rare or very senior searches.

Who makes decisions about offers?

Your company. Your recruiter follows your hiring policies and process and brings offer questions to your HR lead or hiring manager.
