- What you earn
- A share of the amounts a client you referred actually pays General Staffing during its first 12 months, counted from the month of its first invoice: 2.5% for a client who came through your link, and 5% for a client you introduced.
- When a link lead is yours
- A company must send a form on our website within 90 days of clicking your link, and become a client within 6 months of sending it. If it clicked more than one affiliate's link, the last click counts.
- When an introduction is yours
- An introduction is to someone you have an existing relationship with and who knows you. Someone who only commented on a post or follows you doesn't count. You register the company and your contact in your dashboard, and the company confirms the introduction to us. It holds the company for 90 days, and earns only after it is confirmed. The company must become a client within 6 months of your registering it. If the person doesn't know you, it earns the link rate instead.
- What doesn't earn
- Companies that are already our clients or already in touch with us, companies another affiliate already brought, and yourself, your own company or any affiliated company, meaning one you own or control or that shares ownership with your company. A company earns one reward only: never this program and the Referral Ambassador Program together.
- Job applicants who get hired
- You see job applicants from your link without their names. You earn $150 USD, one time, for each one who applies within 90 days of clicking your link, starts work within 6 months of applying and stays for 2 months. Applicants don't earn the 12-month commission. You, your company and any affiliated company don't count, whether as the applicant, as their employer or as the client who hires them. A hire by a client you already earn on doesn't earn this as well. Only one referral reward is paid per hire.
- Your dashboard
- You see your clicks and the status of your leads at any time, and your earnings as one total after each quarter ends. Link leads show without names. Our records decide clicks, leads and amounts.
- Being honest with your audience
- Tell your audience clearly that you may earn from your link, and follow the advertising rules where you publish. Only introduce people who agreed to hear from us. Don't make promises on our behalf, send spam or click your own link to inflate your numbers.
- When commission counts
- Commission on a client counts once that client has paid for 2 months. If a client gets a refund or disputes a payment before then, commission on that payment doesn't count. After that, a later refund or dispute doesn't change what you earned.
- Payment
- We pay quarterly, after each quarter ends, once you have earned at least $50 USD. A smaller balance carries over to the next quarter. We need your tax form before we can pay you. You are responsible for your own taxes.
- Changes
- We may decline a sign-up, or suspend an account that breaks these terms. We may change these terms or end the program with 30 days' notice.
