Sales & business development
Hire a remote sales development representative who fills your calendar
We recruit English-speaking SDRs from Mexico and Latin America who research accounts, start conversations and hand your closers qualified meetings, all during your prospects' working day.
Also hired as: SDR · Business Development Representative · BDR · Outbound Sales Representative · Sales Prospector
What a nearshore Sales Development Representative does for you
A sales development representative sits at the very top of your funnel. Their job is to find the right companies and people, reach out by phone, email and LinkedIn, qualify interest, and book a meeting for an account executive. They don't close deals; they create the conversations that become deals, and they log every touch so your pipeline numbers mean something.
B2B software companies are the classic employer of SDRs, but the role is just as useful for agencies, logistics and freight brokers, staffing firms, IT services providers and manufacturers selling to other businesses. Any company where the sales cycle starts with a cold or warm outreach and a discovery call can put an SDR to work.
Outbound prospecting is a timing game. Calls land best mid-morning and late afternoon in the buyer's own time zone, and a reply to an inbound lead loses value with every hour it waits. A nearshore SDR works the same hours as your prospects, dials while decision-makers are at their desks, and can drop a booked meeting straight onto your AE's calendar the same day.
When we screen SDRs, we look at spoken English on a live call, comfort with rejection, and real outbound experience. Tell us who you sell to, your average deal size, and whether you want someone heavier on cold calling or on written sequences, and we'll match candidates to that motion.

Hiring a remote Sales Development Representative: questions
What's the difference between an SDR and a BDR?
Many companies use the titles interchangeably. When they're split, SDRs usually work inbound leads and BDRs focus on outbound prospecting. Tell us which motion you need and we'll screen for it.
Can a remote SDR cold call U.S. prospects effectively?
Yes, provided their English is strong and they understand U.S. business etiquette. We test spoken English on a live call and look for prior outbound experience with North American buyers.
Will they work in our CRM and sales engagement tools?
Yes. Your SDR works inside your Salesforce or HubSpot instance and your sequencing tool, with the logins and permissions you set. Most candidates have used at least one major CRM and sequencing platform.
Do your SDRs handle meetings and demos too?
An SDR's main job is booking the meeting, not running the demo. If you want someone who can also run discovery or close smaller deals, look at an inside sales representative or account executive profile.
How do we measure an SDR's performance?
Most teams track activities, conversations, meetings booked and meetings that turn into qualified opportunities. We recommend agreeing on targets in the first weeks and reviewing them during our regular check-ins.
How long does it take to hire an SDR?
It depends on your market, the language mix and how much experience you want. We'll give you a realistic timeline on the strategy call.
