What a nearshore Executive Assistant does for you
An executive assistant is a force multiplier for one leader, or sometimes a small leadership team. They decide which meetings make it onto the calendar, draft replies you only need to approve, prepare you for each conversation and chase the action items afterward. Over time a good EA knows your priorities well enough to say no on your behalf.
Founders, CEOs, managing partners and senior executives at growing companies hire EAs, often once their calendar becomes the bottleneck for the business. Investment firms, law and consulting practices, and fast-moving startups lean on the role heavily because leaders there spend most of the day in meetings.
This role lives on the same clock as you. Calendars shift by the hour, a board deck needs a final edit before 4 p.m., a flight gets canceled mid-afternoon. A nearshore EA is working during those hours, can step into a live call to take notes, and can handle a scramble without a half-day delay.
Tell us about your working style and the people your EA will deal with. If they'll write to board members, investors or clients in your name, we screen hard for polished written English and judgment; if they'll manage household or family logistics too, we look for that experience specifically.

Hiring a remote Executive Assistant: questions
What's the difference between an executive assistant and an administrative assistant?
An executive assistant supports one leader or a small group directly and acts on their behalf. An administrative assistant usually supports a team or department with general office and admin tasks.
Can a remote EA manage my calendar and email?
Yes. Delegated access in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 lets your EA manage your calendar and draft or send email without sharing your password. You decide how much they can send without approval.
Will they keep my information confidential?
Discretion is something we screen for directly. Many clients also have their EA sign a confidentiality agreement and limit access to the systems the role actually needs.
Can an executive assistant handle personal errands?
A remote EA can handle anything done online or by phone, such as personal travel, appointments and online orders. Tasks that need someone physically present are outside the role.
Can one executive assistant support more than one executive?
Yes, as long as the workload is realistic. Tell us how many leaders they'll support and we'll look for someone who has juggled multiple calendars before.
How long does it take to hire an executive assistant?
It depends on the seniority and experience you need. We'll give you a realistic timeline on the strategy call.
