Hire a remote graphic designer who makes your brand look consistent everywhere
We recruit English-speaking graphic designers from Mexico and Latin America who produce your ads, social posts, presentations and print pieces as a full-time part of your marketing team.
Also hired as: Remote Graphic Designer · Visual Designer · Brand Designer · Marketing Designer · Digital Designer · Production Designer
What a nearshore Graphic Designer does for you
A graphic designer turns your messages into visuals people notice and recognize. On a typical week that might mean a set of paid social ads in five sizes, a sales deck refresh, a trade show banner, email headers and a one-pager for the sales team, all following the same brand guidelines.
Marketing teams, agencies that need extra production capacity, e-commerce brands with constant campaign creative, real estate and professional services firms, and SaaS companies all hire full-time designers. A dedicated designer learns your brand deeply, which cuts down on the back-and-forth you get when every project goes to a different freelancer.
Design runs on feedback loops. A nearshore designer can join a kickoff, share a first draft after lunch and make revisions before your day ends, so a campaign that needs three rounds of changes doesn't stretch across three days of overnight handoffs.
Send us your brand guidelines and examples of the work you need, and tell us whether the role leans toward brand, digital ads, print, presentations or motion. We'll review portfolios against that and screen for how candidates take and apply feedback.

Hiring a remote Graphic Designer: questions
Can we see portfolios before interviewing?
Yes. We share portfolios with each shortlisted candidate so you can judge style and quality before you spend time on interviews.
Will a full-time designer have enough work?
If you regularly produce ads, social posts, decks and sales materials, most teams find there's more than enough. On the strategy call we'll talk through your volume to make sure a full-time role makes sense.
Do they work in our Adobe and Figma accounts?
Usually yes. Most companies provide seats on their own Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma plans so files and fonts stay in your accounts.
Can a graphic designer also design our website?
Many graphic designers handle web graphics and page layouts. For full website or app interface design, a UI/UX designer is usually a better match.
Can they create video or motion graphics?
Some graphic designers are comfortable with After Effects or simple animations. If video is a big part of the role, tell us, or consider a dedicated video editor.
Who owns the designs they create?
Work created for you is intended to belong to your company. We'll walk you through how ownership of work product is handled in the placement agreement.
