Business Intelligence AnalystWe recruit English-speaking BI analysts from Mexico and Latin America who model your data, build dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or Looker, and keep every team working from the same numbers.Also: BI Analyst, BI Developer, Power BI Developer
What they do
- Gather reporting requirements and define KPIs with business leaders
- Design and build interactive dashboards and reports
- Build data models, measures and calculated fields
- Write SQL to prepare and transform reporting data
- Manage data refresh schedules, workspaces and access permissions
- Validate numbers against source systems and fix discrepancies
- Document metric definitions and data sources
- Train users to explore dashboards on their own
What we screen for
- Clear English for requirements sessions and dashboard walkthroughs
- Advanced Power BI (including DAX and Power Query) or Tableau
- Strong SQL for data preparation
- Dimensional data modeling (star schemas, fact and dimension tables)
- Dashboard design that highlights what matters
- Understanding of business metrics in finance, sales and operations

Data AnalystWe recruit English-speaking data analysts from Mexico and Latin America who clean your data, build reports and explain what the numbers mean, in real time with your U.S. team.Also: Remote Data Analyst, Business Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst
What they do
- Pull and combine data from databases, CRMs and spreadsheets
- Clean, validate and document data sets
- Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards
- Analyze trends and explain why key metrics changed
- Run ad hoc analyses for sales, marketing, finance and operations
- Define and track KPIs with business stakeholders
- Support A/B tests and campaign measurement
- Present findings with clear charts and written summaries
What we screen for
- Clear English for explaining findings to non-technical leaders
- Strong SQL for querying and joining data
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, modeling)

- Manage data access, security and governance controls
