About the role

What you'll do
- Review financial statements and workpapers prepared by staff accountants.
- Prepare or review U.S. business and individual tax returns for firm clients.
- Support audit, review and compilation engagements.
- Research accounting and tax questions and write clear conclusions.
- Advise U.S. business owners and finance leaders on their numbers.
- Coach junior staff and improve how the team works.
What you bring
- An active CPA license. Tell us the state or country that issued it.
- 5+ years of public accounting or senior corporate accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and U.S. tax work.
- Advanced English for client calls and written advice.
- A reliable computer, high-speed internet and a quiet place to work.
Nice to have
- Experience with CCH, Lacerte, UltraTax or Thomson Reuters tools.
- Experience managing a small team.
