About the role
U.S. companies ask us for engineers who can put AI to work in real products and internal tools. You work remotely from Latin America with a U.S. team, building applications on large language models and connecting them to company data. What you'll do
- Build features and internal tools on large language models.
- Design prompts, tool use and retrieval (RAG) over company data.
- Measure quality with evaluations and improve accuracy, speed and cost.
- Connect AI systems to APIs, databases and existing products.
- Deploy, monitor and maintain AI services in production.
- Explain clearly to the team what AI can and can't do well.
What you bring
- 3+ years of professional software engineering, with strong Python or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience shipping LLM applications to real users.
- Experience with APIs from model providers and with vector search.
- Advanced English for meetings, written specs and code reviews.
- A reliable computer, high-speed internet and a quiet place to work.
Nice to have
- Machine learning experience, including PyTorch.
- Experience with agents, model evaluation or AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
